Quality Milk Production & Mastitis Control
Dairy Group Specialists are involved in all aspects of milk quality including milk hygiene, somatic cell count control and management of mastitis infection. Specialists provide consultancy on milk quality at all levels in the milk production process from primary production to the ultimate retailer.
The Dairy Group work closely with a number of highly regarded research institutes around the world, including Europe, New Zealand, Australia and the USA, developing and evaluating new technology which may be applicable to the dairy industry.
As well as providing consultancy and training to the primary producer, Dairy Group Specialists provide training and consultancy to milk purchasers, milk retailers, veterinary practises, Defra and The Milk Development Council.
